Any Jewelry purchased from us comes with a lifetime warranty. This includes defects in material or craftsmanship. We will repair it for you and get it sent back in perfect condition. If it is unable to be repaired you will be granted a Replacement reusing the material from the old one. Shipping cost will be covered by us as long as it is covered by warranty. We stand by the quality of our work and will always make it right.

• The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use of the jewelry. Examples include, Accidents, Neglect, Mishandling, or wear from normal use.
• Please contact us to see if your damage is covered under our warranty, If it is not we are happy to repair outside of warranty, please contact us and we will provide you with a quote.
• If your item is unable to be repaired we can re-use the material from your item and make you a new one at a reduced price.
