How long does my item take to arrive?

Each Item is made to order and will generally take 1 week to get made depending on the amount of orders in the queue. Rush orders are possible for an extra fee, please contact us with any inquiries.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, we want our art to be worn and appreciated by people all across the globe. Keep in mind additional shipping charges and longer time for delivery may incur.

Who will pay customs fees?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders, and this fee is not in our control. The customs and tax fee is the responsibility of the customer and not paid by us. Customs policies vary widely between countries, please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchase.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking link via email when your package ships out. Keep in mind that manufacturing generally takes 1 week, so please be patient. If you would like a progress report on your order please contact us.

Do you have any kind of Warranty?

Any Jewelry purchased from us comes with a lifetime warranty. This includes defects in material or craftsmanship. We will repair it for you and get it sent back in perfect condition. Shipping cost will be covered by us as long as it is covered by warranty. We stand by the quality of our work and will always make it right.

Can I customize my order?

What kind of customization do you offer?

We can offer pendant size changes, different metal, different sized bails to fit your custom chains, ext. Please contact us and we will let you if we can do it.

Care Instructions: To maintain the brilliance of your sterling silver charm, gently clean it with a silver polishing cloth. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or extended exposure to moisture. When not in use, store safely in a jewelry box or pouch.
